YES WE ARE DOING FREE SHIPPING!!!

The reason we work hard to be able to offer this is that it is one of our pet hates. Finding an amazing item within the constraints of the budget, only to have a huge shipping charged lumped on at checkout where all of a sudden, the item is no longer in the budget! Destroys all motivation to continue shopping!
So yes, free shipping store wide. However this only applies to about 98% of our stock (which we think is AMAZING!!!) and does come with one exception.

Why free shipping on only 98%?
This is because we have floor stock that requires special consideration and excessive packaging to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. The other reason is because we also have products that require skilled installation in order to ensure 100% customer satisfaction! For the above 2 reasons we are unable to offer free shipping on about 2% of our stock and we apologise for this!!!

What is the exception to having my products shipped for free?
The exception is if you live in a remote place of Australia where shipping, freight or transporting of goods is limited or specialised. Because of this we would have to seek a quote and inform you after your purchase. All major cities and townships and its surrounding suburbs should be absolutely fine!

FAQ

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS? It will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us.

WHAT IF MY GOODS ARRIVE DAMAGED? Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery and take photos. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to our email address and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and will keep you informed. All our carriers have insurance.

IMPORTANT INFO When leaving your address it needs to be an actual address and not a PO Box. Our carriers deliver only to the front door or ground floor if you stay in an apartment block. There should be someone home to sign for your delivery as this is the best way to capture photos of any damage to your delivery if it occurs and we can move forward with getting you the best outcome. If no one is home, if there is no authority to leave at the door, a 2nd charge will be applied to reship. Alternatively, you may arrange to pick up from the carriers depot. If the delivery is missed, we will get in contact with you to work out all the finer details of how to get your order to you.
